I read every single message personally. No assistants, no auto-replies, just me with my morning coffee trying to keep up. I do my best to respond within 48 hours, but if I’m slow, it probably means my kids have hidden my laptop again.
Before You Hit Send
A few quick things that might save us both some time:
Recipe questions? Check the comments section first – there’s a good chance someone already asked and I’ve answered. If not, fire away!
Substitution questions? I try to include swaps in every recipe, but if I missed something, just ask. No judgment here. I once made “buttermilk” with lemon juice and regular milk for three years before I learned you could just buy it.
Something not working? Tell me exactly what happened. “It didn’t turn out” doesn’t give me much to work with, but “the chicken was dry even though I followed the time” helps me help you.
